CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRY FORM - TUESDAY 25th September 2018

DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS: Exhibits will be accepted in the Office by Tuesday 25th September 2018.

ENTRY FEES: $1.00 per entry - 2 bottles

PRIZEMONEY: 1st $10.00 2nd $5.00 (not including Best Overall Exhibit)

JUDGING: Thursday 27th September 2018

This section will carry 8 categories of home brew. 2 bottles minimum size 375ml will be required in each category. All bottles to be delivered to the Dapto Showground office by 4.00pm Tuesday 25th September 2018.

Home brew will be judged on the following:


Taste 20

Smell 10

Clarity 5

Head 5


All bottles will be numbered for judging (by staff). All exhibitors exhibit at their own risk. Exhibits will remain on display until close of Pavilion on 29th September 2018


- Lager/New

- Draught

- Pale Ale (specify type eg.Australian Pale Ale/American Pale Ale/India Pale Ale)

- Dark/Old

- Stout

- Bitter

- Pilsener

- Any other (cider, ginger beer)


Also a trophy for the Best Overall Exhibit


PRIZE MONEY DONATED BY ALL THINGS BREWING

All exhibits can be collected from the pavilion area Sunday 30th September between 10:00am and noon.
