The thing with these "Damn you Autocorrect" messages is that if you try to type in th intended words in a message, it doesnt come up with the wrong ones.
That is, if you type "Procrastinating" into a message, autocorrect picks up the correct word by the time you get to "Procr". Also, to misspel it it as in a typo, if you are clumbsy and hit te wrong neighbouring letters, you still get the right word. I Typed in "Oroxra" and it has still prompted me wth "Procrastination".
Speaking of which........ gotta get back to work.
 
The iPhone actually learns (and apparently forgets) over time - e.g. if you use a misspell a frequently-used (by you) but non-common name it offers it up as a suggestion. It will also apparently stop suggesting something if you reject it enough times.

Of course, you need to have previously used the word that it suggested at least once, which also says something about the person getting corrected.
