Craft brewers and galaxy hops

Hey guys,

I haven't posted in a long time as I haven't had a brew on for just as long (sad i know), however i thought i could tap the brain trust to help me find a food matched beer to sell at my pub.

Any suggestions for a craft brew (preferably hard to find in sydney) that has galaxy hops as the main constituent of hop flavouring and aroma?

If you can think of very bright (flavour not necessarily clarity) beers with cascade or citra as the star I'd love those suggestions too, however really looking for that passionfruit more than citrus flavours.

Galaxy - Stone and Wood Pacific Ale
Cascade - Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (Or Mountain Goat Hightail Ale) if you want a darker beer - OR ANY APA EVER
Citra - Mountain Goat Steam Ale
