I think most jockey boxes use stainless, not too sure how alcohol is through copper ?

I transfer wort etc.. through copper but never used copper post fermentation ?

not sure what is meant by jockey box but copper is fine for alcohol and wort transfer. it is often used in distilling where very few things are acceptable as the hot alcohol breaks down metals/plastics ect.

hey thanks to the replys MXD i wanted to use stainless but cant afford it atm
black lab thanks for the info alsojock box is a esky used to cool beer as it passes through a coil and into the glass
