Hi - I'm thinking about making a Coopers Stout as I enjoy the occassional glass of something different (and it's on special at Safeway!).
Is this a nice stout?
Has anybody made any (easy) additions to improve it?

Thanks in advance
Jim

1 x coopers stout
1 x coopers dark ale
500gm x dark dried malt extract
both coopers yeasts

comes up a treat.

Sounds lovely.

I think I'll give it a go. Using Light over dark malt extract shouldn't make too much of difference would it? (don't have any dark malt in the house)

Thanks
