Coopers Commercial Yeast Culture substitute

Hi,

I haven a few posts here on similar topic, but no definitive answer for me.

I am planning to brew the coopers best extra stout and would like a dry yeast substitute.
If anyone has a suggestion I would also like to know the amount of that yeast and the preferred fermentation temperature.
