So i found myself in a situation where i have pitched a lager yeast into a pale ale. Sitting at 19c waiting for signs of life before i drop to probably 15c. I am guessing i should treat this brew as a lager from here on. Dry hop some saaz at fg crash chill etc. Has anyone done can o pale ale with euro lager yeast and been happy with the results?

Never done that! I've added ale yeast to a lager but not the other way.
Best temp for that yeast is about 12C but to keep some esters to make it a pale ale then maybe 15C is a good compromise.
You have 2 choices, try and make it into a pale as per above or lager the hell out of it!
Low and slow for the lager and drop to near zero for a few weeks ( to lager) when done.

Think i will treat it as a pale ale then and keg asap then use yeast to put into euro lager.
