As I mentioned above I changed my mind to the coopers australian ale one green tin . Is the kit yeast ok to use . ???

The kit yeast is ok.
US-05 is better.

Can I just sprinkle it on top .
I it told to activate it by adding a tiny bit of sugar and water to start it off . I have steralised my kit so I might hold off untill tomorrow when I can buy some us-05 yeast

You can just sprinkle. Works fine. Some people may suggest not.
Why not use the kit yeast for this one then try another with the US-05 for comparison.
The kit yeast will make drinkable beer.

Yeah I'll do that actually . I wanna find a mix that's close to the great northerns or the xxxx summers then I'll be happy lol
