Hi,
I'm looking to make an IPA (K&K) and am thinking of the following:
Thomas Coopers IPA Kit
1KG LDME or liquid
Fuggles / EKG Hops not sue wether to use one or both for flavour and then aroma.
I don't mind the James squires IPA as a guide.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I don't think I've ever seen the Coopers IPA, so I can't comment specifically.

I can tell you 1kg of malt will give you a pretty light beer. Normally you would use 1.25kg of malt to replace 1kg of dextrose, but a IPA is meant to have a higher alcohol content to balance out the higher hop level. Try 1.5kg of malt.

I'd suggest keeping it simple, so only use 1 type of hop. Boil for 10min for flavour then dry hop a bit more for nose. Maybe try one for flavour and the other hop for nose, then swap them over next brew, to see what floats your boat.
