I've just put down a Mangrove Jack Ginger Beer. I added two thumbs of ginger, diced and one chilli diced. Boiled them in 1 litre of water for 10 minutes.
I also added 1/2kg of brown sugar along with the dextrose. It is very similar to my first ever batch of GB, but it was lacking a bit of kick, hence adding the chilli. See what happens.
I think next time I'll use White Lab liquid yeast, see how that pans out.
