Hi all,

Putting down a quickie 'draught' kit to keep supplies going as I've inexplicitly let things dwindle. Going with some ingredients that I already have which are:

Coopers Draught Tin
1kg LDME
300gm Dextrose
standard kit yeast (to allow a quick ferment)!

I have a stash of Hallertau and Hersbrucker hop pellets in the freezer. I haven't used either of these before and from what I understand they're both aroma hops.
I was going to steep one for 5-10 mins and dry hop the other. I guess my question is which one? Or would I be better off dry hopping both?
Any advice would be welcome.

Cheers,
Griffo

Your hops are generally used in German lager style. I would not dry hop this one. Do your steep with 20 or 30 g of either.
