i have never done the coopers english bitter before. never came to mind for some reson anyhow is it the same as a victorian bitter you know the one witrh the little fatty bottles. i drank and vic bitter recently and want to make one the same. would a brew show sell a vic bitter convter kit or something.

is the coppers english bittle nearly the same.

short answer - no it tastes nothing like a vb. dont understand the would a brew show sell a vic bitter convter kit or something....?

Victoria bitter isnt a bitter, its a lager, so as far as coopers kits go your better of getting the lager tin. The bitter is darker and sweeter thanks to english crystal malt. Maybe try a lager kit with BE1 and a couple of sachets of dried lager yeast fermented cold, or be lazy like me and use one sachet of us05 fermented cold :)
