Hey there Zwick! I have had a bash at the site you mentioned a few days ago. Have no idea what took me there - emails!

Just for a bit of fun though Zwick, I had copied the email I sent to my phone company to this post. Having a look this morning though, I thought, 'That'a a bit long and maybe inappropriate for AHB,' so I deleted it!
