Hello all. I have been out of the brew scene for a few years. Thought i would return and give it a crack. On friday i layed down a simple morgans gingerbeer kit using a morgans body builder kit. The sg was 1030. The brew has sat at 22 to 24 degrees but im not seeing any activity now should i be concerned.
Look forward to your responce
Regards
Larry

1012 roughly. Took a bit for the foam to settle.
So since there is a change its doing something right.
Smells good. Cloudy.tasted fine

I did a Coopers GB kit last year and it was a long and slow ferment. Final Gravity was something like 1002. Give it a fortnight to get there.
