my ideal setup wold be all stainless and running hot PBW through my FPHE after brew to clean it, then starsan.

After what Starsan did to my Ally pot, i'm not keen to try PBW in it.

plan b is to have a cube of PBW with a camlock on the tap and just circulate it through the pump and FPHE.

will cold PBW do a good enough job?

Your just off going hot.

There are 3 things when it comes to cleaning. Pressure,Heat,Cleaners/Chemicals.

Alternatively you could try soaking it over night in PBW, but why not use hot water with the soak. Then blast it with mains water to get anything that's hang on
