It doesn't make a great deal of difference what you are using it is just about trying to prevent hot break going into the fermenter. Not only is it not good for the finished product but it also distorts one's efficiency.

What I do is transfer the clear wort from the kettle to the fermenter, empty the dregs of the kettle into a large jug and put in the fridge to clear.

Take the clear wort up to around 80C and bottle and use for starters.

Thanks MarkIt isnt about "Bling". One of the best home brewers I know used an old esky and a slashed beer keg to turn out the finest beer you'll find.
It’s about process and doing the basics right.
I’m not a big fan of brewziller but at worst you could syphon from the top down leaving the trub, or dump the trub like weal does, fit another tap to the brewzilla... lots of ways to do it, but ffs leave hot break out of your beer!
