Dont know about the temp... But on the coffee side, if you have roasters ready and willing, i'd go with an ethiopian or kenyan bean roasted for filter. I.e. very light.
 
Schwartzbier or baltic porter sounds good, or even a stout of some kind. You're going to need a massive pitch of yeast to ferment that cold, and even more so if it's a higher OG beer.
