it's a bit late as this thread has been going for a while. I have a harris which like all the others mentioned is playing up , I contacted head office in Brisbane by phone and email, they left me like a shag on a rock, I emailed them and told them what I thought of the product and of them, in their reply they were quite offended by my remarks
