Hi all.
My cider in the keg has gone really cloudy and is full of sediment. What does this mean? Has it become infected maybe?

Hi all.

What stage was it at? Just started? Fermenting? Finished fermentation?

Cheers
Dave

Edit: In the keg... yep.. duh.. helps if I read things properly. Ummm... could well indicate an infection if it was clear before. If it is the first few pours from a fresh keg though they will be cloudy as all the settled sediment will come out in the first few pours.

If you're fermenting in the keg and it's currently fermenting, it will be cloudy and develop sediment.

Was the juice clear before (all of it) and what was the source of the juice?
