Lin-gwee-sa for me, Webster reckons it's liŋ-ˈgwē-sə

Does anyone know where to get it in Brisbane by any chance? I think you can't make a proper feijoada without it.
You can get good chorizo from www.pennisicuisine.com.au/ in woolongabba. They might have what you want. Call them

Also, I recently discovered manolete spicy pamplona chorizo in my local deli in Brunswick. Best chorizo I've ever tasted

Same in Brazilian Portuguese, though we use Linguiça when we can find it over Show-ree-tho :D
Brazilian Mate Reuben used to rave over feijoada, whenever he can get pigs' ears and tails to put in it. Probably pigs' apostrophe's as well. He lives in Redcliffe but I've lost touch, but he reckoned he could get all the right stuff for it.

The Agency responded to anecdotal evidence that donkey meat or horsemeat was
being used to make imported salamis and similar products without being declared, b
There are no restrictions on the meat-based ingredients
that can be used to produce salamis provided all ingredients conform to hygiene
requirements and are correctly labelled.

Think of them as taller, faster pigs and everything's ok

The proof of the pudding is in the eating...............of the cats apostrophe?
