Ok guys,

Planning out and measuring my grains for a Choc Porter for tomorrow.

Have got to the choc malt addition to find I have 3 different Choc Malts.

JW Choc Chit
Bairds Choc Malt
Bairds Choc Malt(pale)

Anyone care to give me some tips?

I'm more concerned about the Choc Chit malt. Whats the deal. Is that just joe whites Choc Malt?

Depends on the style of Porter your planning, brown or robust 20 - 60 SRM pretty wide colour variation. Also the other grains in your grain bill.
