I am in the process of building a 3 vessel all grain setup.
I am comfortable with all steps apart from cooling.
I have read many articles on people who have had very sucessful experience with each.
I realise how conveniant immersion is as it is so easy to steralise.
It is also very easy to DIY, but with long cooling times.
Counterflow also looks reasonably simple to DIY (depending on all coper or copper/pvc) but hard to steralise.
A plate chiller seems the best option, however there is a high risk of hops etc getting stuck and contaminating future views.
Can any AG brewers out there give me some assistance with your eperience?
