Dextrose... but if you really want to use one of those... it makes no difference IMHO.

They are both the same thing, one is just ground finer than the other. The only thing that changes is the disssolving rate.... other than that....

I assumed as much, I still stick to the theory that white sugar dissolves just as well as castor sugar in a bottle of beer... but I think using dextrose does speed things up a little.
