They are both the same thing, one is just ground finer than the other. The only thing that changes is the disssolving rate.... other than that.... M

I assumed as much, I still stick to the theory that white sugar dissolves just as well as castor sugar in a bottle of beer... but I think using dextrose does speed things up a little.
