Thought I'd try something, mainly because Why the hell not?
I threw a couple of apples and pears, and a honeydew half, into an empty keg, cranked it up to 40psi and left it for around 5 hours.
Fizzy fruit is amazing.
I'm going to give it another go, this time I'll leave it for as long as I carbonate my beer.
I shall report back with results, and maybe even pics/video.
