If the contest allowed you to use a pump, you could recirculate the liquid through a filter - or is the liquid not allowed to leave the keg until being consumed (by humans)...
 
Do the Breweries that produce these no chill kits no-chill themselves, I would think and most certainly hope not.

Can I ask why? Id love to open a commercial micro brewery and be the 1st to do commercial BIAB and no chill :D

I would say it'd be okay to dispense the trub using your normal dispensing method, and discarding glasses you don't want to drink.

But I dunno about pumping. But I guess some form of filter built into the dispensing tube would be okay.
