Hey guys.
well this might be a stupid question. but as some of you might know im new to the brewing scene. iv put down 2 kit beers. 1 using a can of goo and some additives.
the last batch i did was dry malt extract with some maltrose in it ( i think ) and some pallet hops and a yeast. all provided by my LHBS.
after both these batches came out rather disspointint but drinkable iv decided to buy my ingrediants for my 3rd batch online.( as sugested on here)
now my problem.
with my last two batches i walked in the shop and stated i wanted to buy some beer he asked me what type i gave him a answer and he gave me ingrediants.
online i have NFI what im looking for.
i have read abit more on howtobrew.com and are goin to follow his instructions on making a extract beer.
i know i will need some kind of malt either LME or DME some hops and yeast but thats about as far as iv ventured into the recipe side of brewing. ( iv been more studying equipment and processes.)
So any help would be greatly appreciated.
i was after a beer easy to drink not to dark. something like a pale ale, though i am taking a big fancy to the pilsner atm ( not sure if thats out of my reach.)
Cheers guys
