Its clearly China domestic market but I do know people who import from Chinese domestic sellers... but it helps to understand their system and of course speaking / reading mandarin might help...

The browser I am using (Chrome) realizes it is in a language I don't normally read so after a couple of seconds when the pages is loaded, it offers a translate feature. I am sure there are add ins to other browsers as well and I am sure if you google there will be web services out there that do the same by feeding it a URL.
