Supercheap has a sale on for the 48L wheeled storage bins which are great for storing the 25 kilo bags of grain. The are usually $8.99 each so this is a savings of $7!

A word of warning - those tubs will keep out larger rodents like mice, but roaches still get in there, and they're not air tight so there may be an increased rate of decline for the grain.

Personally I use the 20 litre buckets from Bunnings (2 per 25 Kg bag). Ive seen friends with 60 litre black barrels that seal well too...

Good call, a bit of adhesive rubber weather stripping may be the go? I will play around and see what I can come up with.
