Hello all,
I recently purchased a Morgans brewing kit and began to make my first brew with it. First 2 days the airlock bubbled rather aggressively, I assume because it was close to 30 degrees, and then It slowed down and stopped. Today ( 4th day ) I checked it with the hydrometer and the reading is around 1010. The beer smells and looks good with a small amount thin white froth in the fermenter on top. Can I fix this with some more yeast or something?
Thanks.
