Take a look at the Fawcett page on the maltcraft site

http://www.maltcraft.com/fawcettproducts.html

As well as English floor malted maris otter and halcyon we now have access to oat malt, rye malt, crystal wheat, crystal rye, amber and brown malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye malt. This is terrific news.

cheers

Reg,
Where you mention "crystal wheat & crystal rye" does that mean that they are used the same as crystal malt i.e. steeped??

Yes, crystal malts such as crystal wheat and crystal rye can be steeped. They can also be added to a mash. The newly available roasted rye, wheat , amber and brown can also be steeped in the same way we steep roasted barley and chocolate. Great flavour choices for extract and mash brewers.

cheers
