Good morning all!! Just joined in the hopes to learn more about making mead . I used to work in hospitality and spent my spare time making various flavoured vodkas and gomps so mead was something I have wanted to do for years.

Looking forward to getting to know you all soon. FYI I'm in the stones corner/Coorparoo area for reference. Hope you all have a good day.

Quite a few people here make mead, there's 44 pages just discussing the "JAO Mead" recipe.
I home you find some useful, or at least entertaining, information and comments here on AHB.
