I always wondered about their financail viability.

The Sydney-based company has been raising $1.5 million by issuing shares at 50c, ahead of listing on the Newcastle Stock Exchange next Monday.

The Brewtopia prospectus shows the company lost $87,000 last financial year on revenue of $301,000. And at June 30 last year, the company's liabilities exceeded its assets.

But Mr Hedges said that has since "well and truly corrected itself".
