Could someone tell me where I can find Flaked Maize in Brewsmith so I can add it to my grain bill?

I've never heard of brewsmith.
But if you're talking about beersmith, you need to download the thomas fawcett's grain extension. It's in here: http://beersmith.com/beersmith-1-4-support/

go to Files and select Add-on then select the Briess and Thomas Fawcett and then you should have flaked maize and corn in your ingredients.

Or if it is BeerSmith you're talking about then use the add ons tab in beersmith and download the file that way.
