Brewiser Wheat Beer

Hi all

I had an impulse buy of this can a while ago - and then later regretted it after reading some negative reports on here (note to self - read up first, then buy!)

Has anybody made a nice beer with this one?

I'm beginning to adore hoppy beers so if anyone can recommend what hop additions have worked for them as well as what malt and yeast to use. I'm planning on a trip to the Grain & Grape next week so will aim to set it down then.

I made a brew with this a long time ago (maybe about second or third brew). My notes say I used dextrose and kit yeast. I recall it being bland - lacking flavour mainly. I would suggest not doing that.

Do a dunkel. Add 2 kg chocolate malt to the kit. Hops Saaz 10g @ 60 min, 10g @ 15 min & 10g Hallertau @ flame out. Use a real wheat yeast (liquid or dry). Maybe add 500g of wheat malt as well.
