I have half an hour left in the boil and it just started raining............ My kingdom for a roof. <_<

Increase boil rate so evaporation out = rain in :p

Summer rain, bloody east coast :D

Yeah go the golf brolly.

Yeah it should be a quicker chill........... Time to get wet.

  • Remove clothes
  • don speedos
  • sit in the rain in garden chair holding brolly over kettle
  • finally confirm neighbours' suspicions

What are you confirming Bribie? That they need to call the pretty nurses with the pretty white tight fitting coat and take you off to the nice happy place with cushioned walls? WAIT! I'm getting flask backs....tha horror! LOL

Done and done. It stopped raining just after my last hop addition........ Well someone has a sense of humour. <_<

I don't dare brew outside, even though I have a huge deck, 2/3 if which is roofed.
Too many fruit trees, and a vege garden, which don't fill me with confidence I'm not picking up some wild yeasts etc.

Then again, I have a 4 car garage, so plenty of room to do it downstairs.
