Here's some interesting (well I thought so) stuff I found on a micro in Prestonpans, in Scotland, where my Wife grew up.
The BrewSet concept looks interesting, where you join a class which brews a batch of beer under the control of the Master Brewer.
The Brewer's Manual is worth a read for those of us who have yet to achieve Beer God status as is the History of the original Brewery.
On a side note, it's also holding an exhibition by the artist, James Fairgrieve, my sister in law's husband.
