Brand newy to getting drunk on mi own brew in Perth.....

Hi all,

I have decided that i would like to try my hand at some beer crafting, I have never done anything like this before but i love cooking and I'm a bit of a perfectionist (ocd). haha

All pointers are welcome and i have a few questions that i will post in the correct places.

My local brew shop is TWOC bibra lake.

Do lots of reading, learn from other brewers and hold on cause it's a slippery slope your about to head down.

Most important pieces of advice. Sanitise, sanitise, sanitise and control your fermentation temps.
