Hi there dear community
I'm a Frenchie brewing my second Kit and Kilo in Camperdown!
Lack of space will probably mean I'll stick to this method for now.
I look forward to reading you all

Nice one, nothing wrong with k & k. I do quite a few myself. I do k & k biab and plenty of wort kits. Wort kits are worth a look see if you are space poor or like myself a bit time poor. :)

Bonjour Adibou , from what I have heard there is a jump in the number of breweries in France. Can you give us a desription of the craft beer scene there?

Hey Roosterboy! Yes it's in fashion!
I've been in Sydney for the past 4 years so I can't comment much from the field.
However from what I see in my home region (Alsace) quite a few have opened.
Awareness is still not the best but it's growing. We are lucky to find a lot of Belgian beers on tap! Give it a few more years so that it reaches where Australia currently stands!
Exciting times ahead if you ask me

Have you been to France?

Hi Adibou,

I arrived few months ago in Sydney (I work in Camperdown, live in Kensington), and I'm from Alsace too (Strasbourg). PM if you want to share a beer sometime!
