Bloke discusses opening a brewery in the States

Hey guys,

Thought you wouldn't mind reading through a reddit post regarding a bloke in the States opening his first brewery after 2 years of planning

Some of the discussion around craft beers and their prevalence in the States is pretty interesting as well. Some of the comments around over hopped beers being the flavour of the month are right on the money when it comes to US craft industry, ie every second beer is a triple IPA blah blah 100+ IBU behemoth!
