the grain mill is still the one that really gives me the freedom to brew when I want to and buying grain in bulk saves alot of coin.

Not including the grain father which beats my esky and extract boil days,

1: iPad to surf this forum each night after everyone's in bed, therapy:)
2: digital stir plate/bars, no issue with good wirlpool on 3 ltr flasks. I don't run it at full speed as a medium spin is all that's needed.
3:temp controlled fermentation fridges.
4:grain mill
5:O2 setup.
6: freezing yeast set up.
7:refrac
8:more cornies
8: mate that runs a brew shop
9: all of the above, and then some, lol
