ok ive read a few threads here about choc porters, but a lot of the posts are all try this or that im looking for a know recipe or close to
my stocks are as follows
6 x 1kg dextrose
3 x 500g dextrose
2 x coopers BE1
3 x coopers BE2
2 x brew enhancer back (LHBS brand)
1 x 500g light dry malt extract
1 x 1kg light dry malt extract
1 x 1kg dark dry malt extract
2.5kg local award winning honey
2 x morgans choc malt cans
1 x morgans dark cystal malt
2 x morgans larger malt
1 x morgans cramael malt
1 x morgans golden saae pilsener
1 x morgans australian mid 3.5
1 x morgans australian pilsener
1 x morgans stackmans draught
1 x morgans queenslander gold
1 x casade golden harvest larger
1 x casade choc maghonogy
1 x beermakers cold
1 x thoeys larger
1 x cortes cerveza
2 x LHBS gold slab
1 x LHBS draught slab
other stuff i've gota fair few differnt hops including fresh cones
i have 12 americian ale yeats packs from ross
2 low carb beer enzhimes
cadbury cocca powder and some cadvury drinking choclate
P.S. i know thease are my kits as im keeping a detailed spreadsheet on my brews with addtions ive made to them.
Oh my local home brew shops are
Rockhampton bar and brew
Rockhampton home brew supplies
and the Yeppoon home brew shop
all thease shops are great but none are grain guys most don't even add hops unless expermenting
i do travel all through CQ with my job (Ergon Energy Safety Testing Officer) so i do vist ALOT of shops
Oh and yes they all seem to like morgans for some reason
