Following a conversation with Duff regarding following the CSIRO total well being diet It says I can enjoy three standard drinks per week however I blow that out of the water so have been walking in order to compensate .
the walking has been going great and may even be better due to the beer!!!!
however I wish the beer gut would go down with all the effort I have been putting in .
