"Natural Conditioning - Prime (keg) with sugar at the rate of 4g per litre", interested to know how this compares with using CO2 - whats the better method? has anyone tried this are the results satisfactory? My regulator is playing up so im willing to give this a go while i wait for replacement

It also says "Store at 18 degrees or above for a week, then allow the beer to condition for at least two weeks" - what does conditioning the beer entail, at what temperature? am assuming three weeks in total?
