just made a batch of Golden Ale (extract), using Coopers yeast and I can't believe the amount of isoamyl acetate it produced (way above threshold levels)

fermented between 16-20 C.

Anyone else experienced this using this yeast?

Pretty standard for Cooper's yeast. It's all I taste in a fresh pale ale.
