Back to brewing

G'day, I have just started to brew again after about 5 years. Just thought it was about time to get back into it. So to start, I have done an Aussie Pale Ale, Coopers Dark Ale, both from kits alone. The next was a Mexican Cerzava as a partial mash, first time. A wheat beer with a pouch from Mangrove Jack wth grains and hops as per a recipie from my local brew shop. At present a light lager from a Coopers brew kit just purchased. Good to be back brewing and I look forward from learning from everyone out there.
