Welcome back .... I'm sure you can fight the addiction of reading about homebrew all night between a few pints :)

I know why you were hiding. There was a bottle of your finest riding on your Led Zep quote at the end of your brewing bible, and I reckon I claimed it. You can sever your internet connection but the Guest Lurker will find you one day and claim it!

Welcome back Jayse! :)

Done any IPAs recently? I finally got around to doing a decent one (70 IBU, 7%) about 7 weeks ago. It tastes great!

I've got another one in primary, 1082 OG, 95 IBU! :) Heaps of centennial, cascade and chinook :) I'll give feedback on that one in a few weeks. I'm trying WY1272 for the first time with it too. Getting a great ferment (6 litres of krausen!!).
