I know why you were hiding. There was a bottle of your finest riding on your Led Zep quote at the end of your brewing bible, and I reckon I claimed it. You can sever your internet connection but the Guest Lurker will find you one day and claim it!

i loved all the post on the SFPA.
iam still very much a pale ale brewer but have steered a little more to the british side over the last few months.
and a big welcome back to the site jayse.
correct me if im wrong but i think your last posts were just before you went to kangaroo island to score some chicks while doing some gigs.didnt score one too many and end up married did you  <_<
Done any IPAs recently? I finally got around to doing a decent one (70 IBU, 7%) about 7 weeks ago. It tastes great!
I've got another one in primary, 1082 OG, 95 IBU! Heaps of centennial, cascade and chinook I'll give feedback on that one in a few weeks. I'm trying WY1272 for the first time with it too. Getting a great ferment (6 litres of krausen!!).
