Guys,

Can anyone give me an approx fermentation time for a lager, using Saflager35/70, at 10deg C?

I started it on Thursday arvo, it bubbled a couple of times and I wacked it into the fridge with the temp controller set at 10deg, about 11.30pm that night.

Took a reading today and she's at 1028, from an OG of 1039 - I understand that it's going to be slow, but anyone know of an approximate?

Cheers - Mike

approx 2 weeks on average, primary - raise to room temp for 48 hrs then transfer to secondary & cold condition for as long as your patience holds :)

cheers Ross
