To reiterate my thoughts for Les' benefit - the Berlinerweiss was fantastic and complex, great (lactic?) acid flavours and a subtle funkiness, but a bit light on (in my opinion) in overall acidity.

When I approached the Gose I had no idea what I was drinking and was a bit thrown off by the saltiness in the aroma, but am very glad that we were able to try one. The coriander, as pointed out by Kook, comes off more as a floral, citrusy, almost "ethereal" character that really adds depth and finesse to the beer - only to be offset by the salt!

Cheers again!
