I've placed an order with mashmaster 10days ago for nearly 500 smackos and havnt heard or seen anything since. I've emailed him to 2 differant addresses and had no reply and the phone number I've rung isn't connected. It's seems unusual all tho it's probably been several years since my last purchase so I can't remember how he operates. Maybe I'm just spoilt by other online company's.
I've found him on here (brissybrew) but ain't been active for a long time.
Cheers

Weird, odd, uncommon, not expected, strange, uncanny, unusual, weird.

Conversations with mashmaster have been frequent, personal, immediate and everything you would ever hope for.

This thread has the news

So, I'm interested to hear how you go. Hopefully it is just technology....I don't want to know if he's had a car crash or something equally massive that would cause such a swing in service.

When I purchased my mill I stupidly found myself in bunnings looking for bolts to fix it down and had no idea what size I needed. I e-mailed mash master and had a response within 30 minutes. Maybe he is on holidays or something... I've always thought that the service from them was first class. Did you try [email protected] ? It worked for me.

That's one I havnt tried luggy. Seems as tho something is up going off the good feedback from you guys. I'll just wait till next week and see what happens. Oh yea I even tracked him down on eBay and messaged him incase his email was hacked but didn't work.

I pre ordered the hopper and just got an email saying it has shipped. So he is around, maybe he's just waiting on stock, or is just really under the pump.

Got me mill and hopper today not sure why people are worried about rocks getting into the rollers. This thing is solid as. I reckon it would grind rocks and tree branches no worries. Sure makes my marga mill that I used to own look like it was from bunnings.
