The Port Dock Brewery Hotel in Adelaide are Extract Brewers.
Won the world's best Stout at the last Australian International Beer Awards.
The Guys are right mate! If you knew Batz, then you would know his comment was a piss take from the first letter.
I think the trick is to take all posts with a pinch of salt and if you are horribly offended then seek clarification on a PM before doing a dummy spit that the world can see.

The group is well tolerant of noobs (I find), but it's still embarassing when U take a bait.
I don't wanna join the us V them debate, coz I do both, and am happy to tell people. I don't sit on the fence here, tho. I work both sides of the fence according to time and other factors.
And, on topic, I'd be quite happy to own a brewery on a larger scale to the one I operate at home. I could always sell the premises and move the gear to my place in NSW... and employ a brewer :lol:
